Neighborhood Night Under the Stars

Join your neighbors for a campout on the lawn next to the pool, starting at 5pm. Bring a tent if you're camping, a chair or blanket, and a firepit if you have one. We'll have s'mores and stargazing, and food details are coming soon. Stay for an hour or stay the night. Please pick up after yourself.

RSVP on Facebook and comment with how many adults and kids are coming. If you can help with setup, food, or cleanup, say so in the comments.

Dog swim day and pool closing

Join us for Crockett's Ridge's annual Dog Swim, happening on the pool's final day open for the year from 5pm to 8pm! Owners are responsible for their dogs at all times and please clean up after your pet.

Updated Mailbox Guidelines

At the most recent Board Meeting, the Board of Directors approved updated standards for mailboxes within the community. This notice is being sent as many mailboxes in Crockett's Ridge are currently in need of maintenance or repair. We kindly ask all homeowners to assess the condition of their mailbox and complete any necessary maintenance, including but not limited to painting, replacing the flag, updating house numbers, repainting, or repairing the post, and repairing or replacing the mailbox door.

Mailbox Requirements:

  • Mailboxes must be painted black (satin finish)
  • Lettering must be white (white background with black lettering is not permitted)

If a full mailbox replacement is needed, homeowners may contact Carolina Mailboxes for assistance: Carolina Mailboxes Powell model

For repairs, Mailbox Medic is one local contractor that may be able to assist. (919) 757-2253

Replacement flags can be purchased from Home Depot or other hardware retailers. A reference link is provided below:

Please complete all necessary repairs by June 18, 2026, to avoid potential violation notices.

Pay Dues

Semi Annual Assessment

Dues are managed and collected by Omega Association Management. You can pay online, set up autopay, or mail a check through their portal.

  • Semi annual amount: $283.25
  • Due date: January 1st and July 1st each year
